Summary
Hoonah picks the top art pieces from all grades to send to ACSA's annual "Alaska's Heart Through Student Art" art show which is held during the Legislative Fly-In at the capitol building! During this event, our Alaska legislators will gather and get to experience the amazing work our educators and students are doing across the entire state. Our hope is that they will be able to reflect on how their own work impacts the very students and teachers who played a part in creating the beautiful art that surrounds them that evening. The past years we have submitted 5 pieces. This year was a superintendent exception with 13.
